Booking Fees

50% booking fee is required at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. If you need to change your appointment your deposit will transfer unless failure to comply with the cancelation policy, will result in losing your booking fee. If you have to cancel your appointment you will have the choice of transferring the booking fee to your account for a future appointment or a refund.

Cancellations

I appreciate that unexpected things crop up and you may need to cancel/reschedule your appointment and I will always do my very best to accommodate a change in appointment. However, If you need to cancel/ reschedule I will require 24hrs notice. Failure to give 24hrs notice will result in your card being charged the remaining 50% of the appointment value.

For multiple last minute cancellations full payment will be require at time of booking. 

Large appointment bookings may also incur a non refundable, non transferable booking fee of 90% at the time of booking to confirm the appointment. 

Lateness

If you arrive 10 minutes or more after your appointment time, your treatment will be modified to fit with the remaining time available, you will be charged full price. If your treatment cannot be carried out due to lateness full payment will be required.

Failure to show up for appointment

If you fail to show up for your appointment your card will be charged the remaining 50% of the appointment value. Future appointments will require full payment upon booking.

Payments

Cancellation fees and booking fees can be paid by cash, bank transfer, and via online booking system using card.

Treatments can be paid by cash, bank transfer or by debit/credit card.

Right to refuse

I have the right to refuse performing treatments on the following:

For safety reasons I do not do treatments on men.

- Some treatments require a patch test before the treatment can be carried out, if a patch test is not booked at least 24hrs before the appointment I will not carry out the treatment.

- I refuse to treat anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

- Contraindications by result in your treatment not being preformed.

Children at the salon

I understand it is sometimes hard to find childcare especially for short appointments but I kindly ask you not to bring children under 10 years old to the salon. Little hands can get into mischief especially when eyes cannot be on them, the salon contains chemicals and equipment not safe for children. Please inform me if you have a last minute childcare problem.

Age requirements

Some treatments have an age requirement on them, for insurance reasons I am not permitted to perform treatments on clients under the required age.

For those treatments that don’t have an age requirement for insurance purposes under 16’s will require parental consent and a parent will have to accompany them for the duration of the appointment.
